Return Conditions (Fashion Specific)
Because Liza Barray Fashion specializes in premium fashion garments, returned items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, smoke, or other odors.
- Be free from alterations, tears, or damage.
- Be returned in the original packaging where possible.
- Include proof of purchase or order number.
Items showing signs of wear beyond what is necessary to inspect and try on the garment may be subject to a reduction in refund value as permitted under EU law.
Refund Terms
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof that it has been shipped back to us.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Returnable Items (Recommended)
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons:
- Worn garments.
- Customized or made-to-order pieces.
- Items returned without original tags.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
